Eng: In the illustration for the cover of Dracula, I chose to depict two characters, Dracula himself, an older man with a mustache, thin and pale, and a delicate, fragile girl holding a blood-red rose in her hand. Her ruby jewelry also resembles drops of blood, and her uncovered long neck is illuminated by moonlight, as if foreshadowing future events.
The characters are illuminated by a full moon, cold and mysterious, and a mist spreads over the ground. They stand in a park near the city in the 19th century.

Ru: На иллюстрации для обложки книги "Дракула" я решила изобразить двух персонажей - самого Дракулу, мужчину в возрасте с усами, худого и бледного, и нежную хрупкую девушку, держащую красную, как кровь, розу в руке. Ее рубиновые украшения также напоминают капли крови, а неприкрытая длинная шея озаряется лунным светом, как бы предвещая будущие события.

Eng: While searching for the idea, I studied typical outfits and women's hairstyles of the mid-19th century, trying to reflect the spirit of the era. I used photobashing to build the composition of the pattern. I applied color using blending modes when a black and white base of shadows and light was ready.
Ru: В процессе поиска идеи я изучала типичные наряды и женские прически середины 19 века, стараясь отразить дух эпохи. Для построения композиции рисунка использовала фотобашинг. Цвет накладывала с помощью режимов наложения, когда была готова черно-белая основа из теней и света.
